"SVRN Clinical Systems™ provides low-disruption, recovery-oriented protocols designed for high-acuity environments. All programs listed below are proprietary modules of the SVRN Clinical Systems™ Framework."
Program Ownership and Intellectual Property
All programs, including but not limited to SVRN Burnout SOS Protocol™, SVRN From Running on Empty Protocol™, SVRN Workforce Recovery Track™, SVRN Complete Workforce Recovery Program™, SVRN Regulate to Perform Protocol™, SVRN Leadership Stabilization Framework™, SVRN Sovereign Leadership Protocol™, SVRN Regulated Leader Protocol™, SVRN Nervous System Reset Protocol™, SVRN Emotional First Aid Protocol™, SVRN Feel It to Heal It Protocol™, SVRN Reclaiming Capacity Protocol™, SVRN Energy by Design Protocol™, SVRN Leading Without Apology Protocol™, SVRN Stabilization Pathway™, SVRN Restoration Protocol™, SVRN Reclamation Framework™, SVRN Leadership Authority Pathway™, SVRN Workforce Recovery Track™, SVRN Cognitive Reset Track™, SVRN Shift Recovery Track™, SVRN Leadership Stabilization Framework™, The SVRN C.A.L.M. Method™, SVRN Unit Safety Sentinel Protocol™, are proprietary assets of SVRN Clinical Systems, LLC™. These assets are protected under international intellectual property, copyright, and trademark law.
All program materials, frameworks, methodologies, titles, written content, visuals, learning pathways, clinical protocols, dashboards, code, design elements, and related assets are the exclusive property of SVRN Clinical Systems, LLC™.
These materials are proprietary clinical infrastructure. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, modified, taught, sold, adapted, or otherwise utilized without explicit written permission and a valid institutional license from SVRN Clinical Systems, LLC™.
Any attempt to copy, clone, reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce the website or its systems is a breach of these terms. Automated scraping, crawling beyond search engine indexing, and any form of data extraction is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate legal action including injunctive relief and damages.
No Competition and Non-Replication
Users, including pilot participants and licensees, explicitly agree not to create, develop, or assist in creating any competing system, methodology, or platform based on or inspired by SVRN Clinical Systems™.
This prohibition includes but is not limited to: replicating the triage system, dashboard design, protocol structure, pricing model, or training methodology. Any derivative works created without express written consent are strictly prohibited.
Methodology and Clinical Application
The SVRN Clinical Systems™ methodology and SVRN Clinical Systems™ protocols are designed for educational and professional stabilization purposes. While rooted in clinical research and autonomic physiology, these programs are not a substitute for direct medical or psychiatric care.
Users of the SVRN platform and its associated protocols acknowledge that they are engaging with a proprietary clinical framework intended for workforce stability and individual nervous system sovereignty.
User Conduct and Professional Responsibility
Participants in SVRN programs agree to maintain the professional integrity of the clinical environment. This includes respecting the intellectual property of the protocols and maintaining confidentiality within community and peer-support environments.
SVRN Clinical Systems™ reserves the right to terminate access to any individual or organization found to be in violation of these intellectual property protections or engaged in conduct that undermines the clinical safety of the methodology.

Hospital leadership only has access to a separate, high-level operational cockpit. They see aggregated, fully anonymized metadata (e.g., "Unit 3 West is showing a 35% physiological stress drift during shift handoffs"). This gives them the system-wide intelligence to fix workflows and scheduling, without ever knowing who is experiencing the stress.

No Individual Tracking: SVRN will never share, sell, or report individual Healthcare Athlete™ data, journal entries, or progress metrics to your employer.
Zero Retaliation Risk: Because your profile is isolated from the hospital's HR and directory systems, your active participation can never be used in performance reviews, credentialing, or operational evaluations.
